Each wash takes approximately 30–40 minutes. We reserve a full one-hour slot so the crew is never rushed. Slots run 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, every day.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We share a secure Razorpay payment link on WhatsApp; your slot is confirmed the moment payment succeeds and a receipt is sent to you.
Tap Talk to Agent → Cancel Booking or Reschedule. At least 5 hours before your slot it's free — a full refund for single washes, or your visit restored for members. With less notice the amount or visit lapses.
Buy on WhatsApp, then book each included visit whenever it suits you — same slots, same two-person crew, nothing extra to pay at the door. Valid one month from payment for one registered vehicle.
Membership is valid for one monthly term from the time of payment to the same date & time next month. Unused visits lapse at expiry without refund, rollover or transfer. Cancel or reschedule any visit from WhatsApp: at least 5 hours before the slot it's free and the visit is restored; with less notice the visit lapses. Renew or upgrade with one tap from your expiry reminder — the new term starts the moment the current one ends.
